I am not responsible for lost or stolen items while packages are in the care of postage services. I will provide tracking to all orders over $15AUD.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

I accept returns or exchanges for any orders as long as the return or exchange is initiated within 30 days of the order being placed, and the buyer pays for the return postage/s.

If an order arrives broken and is not able to be repaired by the buyer, at the buyers expense, that is not my responsibility to replace the item. Every item is one-of-a-kind and replacing items is not possible for that reason. I will make sure all orders are packaged appropriately for transit.

If the item/s are damaged and repairable, the buyer may pay for return postage to myself for repairing, and I will repair the item for free and post it back also at the buyers expense. Sometimes repairs can be superficial and the buyer may wish to repair the item themselves.

If you have purchased from me at a market and want information about returns or exchanges email me to find out. Market sales are final and no exchanges made for these as I reduce prices for markets and customers are not always recorded for each market sale. Having said this, if you contact me I am more than happy to discuss options.
